14th Annual NOW ~Lap The Lake~ 5k Walk & Run

We are thrilled to share that our 14th annual ~Lap the Lake~ Road Race & Walk has been scheduled for Sunday, September 20, 2026! ~Lap the Lake~ is a major fundraising event which helps fund all of the free youth health & wellness programming that NOW is able to offer the community. We invite you to “Lap the Lake” with a scenic 5K run & walk along private roads surrounding pristine Alexander’s Lake in Dayville, CT. This family-friendly event also invites kids to participate in our annual Kids Fun Run. The 5K race starts and finishes at The Lake Tavern in Dayville! Live broadcast with WINY Radio
